    Die beiden Eier tailen. Für das Beiser benötigen wir nur das Eiweis. Den Zitronnensaft und das Eiweiß vermischen und steif schlagen. Suker und Vanillenzucker nach und nach hinzufügen. Die Masse muss cremmig sein. Das Baiser in einen Spritzbeutel fülen und auf den Kuchen geben.
    Die Torte nochmals in den Backoven schieben. Bei einer Temperature von 150-175°C etwa 10-12 Minuten baken. Das Baiser sollte hellgelb sein.
